  male
  graduate of Refrigeration and Airconditioning (RAC) course
  with at least one(1) year work experience in aircon maintenance
  with knowledge in overhauling screw type compressors
  physically, hardworking and dedicated to assigned duties
  can work with less supervision and can handle work pressures

• Maintenance Personnel

  male
  graduate of two (2) year electrical, mechanical and vocational courses
  with at least one (1) year work experience of relevant field
  with initiative, physically fit and hardworking
  can handle work pressure and can work with less supervision

• Architecture/Civil Engineering graduate

  male
  preferably licensed architect/ civil engineer
  with at least one (1) year work experience of relevant field
  with initiative, hardworking and dedicated to assigned tasks
  computer literate and with knowledge in AUTOCAD
  physically fit and willing to travel in other branches

• Engineering Staff

  male
  graduate of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering preferably licensed
  with at least one (1) year work experience of relevant field
  computer literate, with initiative, physically fit and hardworking
  dedicated to assigned tasks and can handle work pressures
  willing to travel and be assigned in other branches outside Cebu

• HRD/ Personnel Staff

  female
  graduate of Psychology or any behavioral related course
  of average personality, preferably with work experience of relevant field
  good in both oral and written English and Tagalog languages
  computer literate, patient and dedicated to assigned tasks
  can handle work pressures and willing to be assigned outside Cebu

• Personnel Officer

  female
  must be a graduate of Psychology or any behavioral related courses
  with at least two (2) – year work experience in HR functions
  proficient in both oral and written English and Tagalog languages
  has leadership ability, basic knowledge in management, training, employees compensation, welfare and benefits and labor laws
  computer literate, of good moral character and willing to be assigned outside Cebu

• Marketing and Leasing Officer

  female
  graduate of any four (4) year course preferably Mass Com. , AB –English or business related course
  personable, proficient in both oral and written English and Tagalog languages
  preferably with work experience of relevant field, computer literate
  with marketing ability, can handle work pressures and willing to travel

• Leasing Staff

  female
  graduate of any four (4) year course preferably business related
  preferably with work experience and with marketing ability
  good in oral and written English and Tagalog languages
  computer literate and can handle work pressures
  willing to travel and be assigned in other branches when necessary

• Infotech Staff

  male
  graduate of BS Information Technology / BS –Comp. Eng’g / BS Computer Science
  has knowledge in computer networking, hardware trouble shooting and installations.
